The auditor looked at all aspects of the business from Management, Sales, Development, Operations and Procurement to strategy and effectiveness of deployment.

The audit was successfully concluded with no non-conformances raised, and a recommendation to the technical review board that we keep our certification for another 3 years. The auditor commented on a number of positives he had seen during his visit including the way the business had integrated into the wider Alaris group and adopted a number of improvements particularly related to the performance review process. He also noted a number of improvements made by new members of the management team and the positive contribution they have made to the business.
