Linwave Gunn diode based oscillators take advantage of the Gunn effect to generate high frequency low noise signals and offer the convience of an easy to use block that already been setup for the user.

A number of oscillators are available covering the frequency range from 20 – 110 GHz. Units can be supplied as fixed frequency blocks with options for variable frequency, amplitude or control of both. Additionally units can be electronically tuned where further control is required. Complementary amplifier and bias blocks are also available enabling a full oscillator system to be designed.
